I was a bit disappointed with the initial room delay and having to carry my luggage, especially in a supposedly 5-star hotel. However, the room itself was well designed and comfortable, despite feeling a bit old and cold at times. The water also took a while to warm up. The hotel might need some renovations soon.
My last night at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The room, while large and equipped with all the amenities you could wish for, unfortunately smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, leading to a sleepless night. However, the staff was amazing, and a special thanks to Aini and Kripa for the thoughtful gift left for us. The location was good, close to a shopping center with plenty of food options. The dining experience, although not overly abundant, was satisfying in terms of quality. Overall, a nice stay with some ups and downs.
The hotel had a beautiful room with a spacious living room, master room, master room bathroom, and a yard with a private warm jacuzzi. Although it was quiet with no disturbances, there was a strong mold smell that stuck to our clothes, and the attempted fix with white paint was not ideal. However, the mattress was excellent.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the indoor steam room in the shower area was a fantastic touch for relaxation. I couldn't get enough of the stunning view of Marina Bay Sands. The beds were like a dream, making it the perfect place to recharge before my journey back to Australia from Europe.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were spacious with a mini garden, jacuzzi, and steam bath, but I did notice some dirty germs in the shower box and the sink. The service was accommodating, although I found it odd that they sold lounge access to us as a family with a small child when children were supposedly not welcome there. The location was excellent, close to cultural and entertainment areas, but the impracticality of the setup was a downside. The dining options were good with a variety available, but the waiting times were longer than expected. Overall, the hotel offered some fantastic amenities but had its quirks too.
The hotel is conveniently located, with clean and tidy rooms controlled by their user-friendly app. The service goes above and beyond, especially with directions and assistance from Rico, Ganesan, Syafie, and Mary. Although the location is very convenient near the MRT station, the heavy perfume scent could be off-putting. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money.
I had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless, equipped with great amenities like a separate steam bath, Jacuzzi, and a mini garden. The staff, especially Jesmond, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. However, there were some hiccups in the booking process that led to initial inconvenience for my child.
